Hideaway in this hidden gem nestled up to the Englewood Metro park! This cozy cottage is complete with laundry access, equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, eat-in bar and 1 car garage for your personal use!
Catch the sunrise through the large picture windows or back patio with your espresso, coffee or tea. Journey into the metro park or Wellfield park for a walk, hiking or bring your bike if you're an outdoor enthusiast and want to use the bike paths!
Walking distance to local shops and a few minutes drive from shopping, I-70 and the Dayton Airport (Starbucks, Panera, YMCA, new library, Planet Fitness, local favorites and grocery ect). Wifi! ** The pack patio has been updated to include new railings and lighting to enhance the backyard space while you sit back and enjoy the nature scenes, flowers, or enjoy your favorite drink!
