« Rented for three nights in December. Pre-communication was not as expected. We had to contact the host to receive an email for the “unlock code” and the wifi. Arrived at dusk and saw a MasterLock keybox on the side of the wall but could not unlock the box to get the keys. Call to the host rolled to voicemail with a full mailbox. Called VRBO who patched us through to the host. She explained the code was for a keypad on the door not the lockbox. We couldn’t see that because the outside light was...

« This was our second visit to the chalet. It feels like our home away from home and I'm confident we'll return again. The host has put a lot of effort into anticipating guests' needs down to the smallest detail. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. The entire property is pristine and cozy with beautiful views! Beds are comfortable. Gerald was extremely kind, we felt well looked after, and he was readily available but not at all intrusive. Thanks for another perfect visit! »
