Lake front, beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom and 2 bath home. The 3 bedrooms and 1 bath are upstairs (ground level) Kitchen, living room, and 1 full bath downstairs and central air conditioning throughout. Has sliding door that walks out to the lake view in a secluded cove perfect for swimming or fishing. Has a private dock and kayaks for use. All new furnishings including 4 new queen beds and washer and dryer. Large back yard with a fire pit for comfortably hosting your family's next lake get away!

My friends and I stayed here for a trip to the wine trail. It was just ok. A few things to note- I'm glad I read through the reviews before and saw that there weren't many dishes to cook items in. Not a deal breaker because I just brought my own but something to consider. There was one roll of paper towels with probably 25% left on the roll, we had to go out and buy more paper towels, so it could've been better stocked in that way as well. There is a real issue with the plumbing. If someone is showering in the upstairs shower, water is dripping onto the toilet downstairs. Making the toilet wet but also not usable while anyone is showering upstairs. We could not figure out how to work the upstairs shower door so ended up just showering with the door open. There was empty boxes/trash left in the cabinets from previous tenants, so not sure how thoroughly this place is cleaned between guests. Overall, this place is fine for the value. It is spacious and worked for the time we needed it to. Not sure I would stay here again or recommend to any friends/family coming to the area.

Lovely property, but very few amenities in the house. Could have used some basic cleaning supplies for the duration of our stay. (dust mop, toilet cleaner, decent regular mop, rack to hold shower stuff in downstairs bathroom. I bought one. The water heater is tiny -1 shower would run out of hot water, so the next person had to wait 15-20 minutes to shower, with 5 people that took quite a while. The upstairs shower was very nice, but the doors were difficult to use; I think they were hung incorrectly. Loved the kitchen, lots of windows looking out at the lake—nice washer dryer and bathrooms. The beds were way too soft for the adults, but the kids didn't mind. Simple fixes that would improve the property greatly.

The host made sure to check in with us the day of. He also let us check in early since we were arriving early. He made sure we had everything we needed and let us know how to get in touch with him if anything was wrong or we needed anything. It was clean and comfy!

The property was just as advertised. It was only when we misplaced something and started looking for it that we noticed the large accumulation of dust under the couch and in the couch cushions as well as a baby toy and pacifier.The beds were extremely comfortable so much so we didn’t want to get out of them.There was only half a roll of toilet paper (no spare rolls) and to wash claws in the upstairs bathroom, which was not sufficient for four women. We did find some additional toilet paper and washcloth in the downstairs bathroom, however but it was on the last day.A casserole dish or baking dish might come in handy as well as some dish soap since we didn’t want to use the dishwasher all the time, especially for only one or two dishes.Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend this property and property management to other others.

Updated for the most part but corners were cut in the bathrooms....exposed pipes in basement & drain upstairs. Suggested to owner....when cleaning is done, run some of the garbage disposal sanitizing beads to ensure that there is no smell. I purchased a candle to cover smell. Glade Plugins would also work. Also recommend that a lighter for fire pit be added, just something people don't often think of.We did not swim due to the shallow cove & ivy growing. Stay was still fine....just prob won't rebook.

Wonderful Stay for a Special Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this home while celebrating my daughter’s college graduation. The house was very clean and well-maintained, and it had everything I needed to prepare a BBQ dinner for my daughter, our family, and friends. The kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials, and the outdoor space was perfect for gathering. The property owner was also very responsive and communicated clearly throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Lovely lakefront cottage

The inside was nice, fresh, and clean. It was exactly as pictured, with minimal furnishings. It was nice having two bathrooms, one on each floor. However, the downstairs shower knobs were covered with a plastic bag. It didn’t affect us much as we were a family of 3. As another review indicated, it would have been nice to have vertical blinds covering the sliding glass door.. As yet another review indicated, there didn’t appear to be any microwave safe dishes. However, on the last day of our stay, we discovered the plates on the bottom of the stack were indeed microwave safe. As expected at a lakefront cottage, especially during early spring, the exterior had the accumulation of debris.
