We loved our stay in Encinitas! This home had plenty of room for all of us and was stocked with all the necessities. The location was a perfect spot. Easy to walk to the beach and downtown to local shops. we all enjoyed sitting on the deck for meals and relaxing. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Fantastic Location!

Wow! We will be coming back to this property. My family loved staying here. We walked to Moonlight beach, the park, and all over the town of Encinitas. There are so many places in the house to sleep and relax. The owner was so responsive and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway.

Getaway by the Shore

The Modern Beach House was the perfect place for our extended family to enjoy a relaxed vacation. The kitchen/living room/dining room were all part of a large שרק so we could all be together when prepping meals. The house is very well equipped for fun at the beach. Any issues that came up were quickly dealt with by our host Rebecca.

The place was perfect for our family get-together. Kitchen was nicely stocked with the essentials for cooking. Lovely big dining table for us all to have dinner together. Lots of spaces for hangouts without being on top of one another. The proximity to the beach, park and shops could not have been better. I would be thrilled to return one day. Family Beach days

It was exactly as it was advertised. Beautiful patio, a quick around the corner to walking on the beach. Rooms for our entire family. Inside and outside dining, garage access to alley. Always parking available. We walked to everything in Encinitas. We would book definitely.
