Experience the beauty of the California coast at this stunning ocean‑view  
upper level unit of a duplex perched on a bluff in Encinitas. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms throughout 2 levels, this thoughtfully designed rental comfortably accommodates up to nine guests, making it ideal for families, friends, or multi‑generation gatherings.  
  
The master suite upstairs, “Seashore,” features a king bed and an ensuite bath with breathtaking ocean views from the private balcony. The second bedroom, “Sand Dollar,” also offers a king bed, while the third bedroom, “Cove,” has a full bunk bed, and the fourth, “Sand Harbor,” provides another king bed. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room ensures additional sleeping space for larger groups.  
  
At the heart of the home, the fully equipped kitchen comes with all necessary cookware and appliances for preparing meals. Enjoy dining with friends and family before stepping through the panoramic doors onto the deck to soak in sweeping coastal views.Evenings can be spent relaxing by the fire‑pit under or by cooking a family dinner on the private BBQ.  
  
Please note that the home sits approximately 75 feet above the waterline with no direct stairs to the sand, but a public beach access at Beacon’s Beach is just a short four‑minute walk. The property includes wall unit air conditioning,WIFI, a washer and dryer, gated shared parking for up to three cars, and is dog‑friendly. Located just seven minutes from Moonlight Beach and ten minutes from the San Diego Botanic Garden, it combines both comfort and convenience with unforgettable ocean views.  
  
Whether you are enjoying morning coffee while watching the surfers, gathering around the fire‑pit at sunset, or exploring the local dining and shopping scene, this bluff‑top home provides the perfect coastal retreat.  
  
THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON A BLUFF ~75 FEET UP FROM THE WATER.  
THERE IS NO DIRECT BEACH ACCESS FROM THIS UNIT. BEACON'S PUBLIC PEARCH ACCESS IS A SHORT WALK (4 MIN / .2 MILES AWAY).  
  
For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
