"The property was in a quiet location but had lovely views of the canal & attached swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped but a kettle would have been useful for making cups of tea. The facilities were good but the balcony got very hot even at breakfast time so a parasol or some sort of shade would have been great."

"This was a great place for our first “home” in Spain after moving to Empuriabrava on a long term visa. The house was small and efficient with a washer and clothes line. The property has a continuous wall and locking gate so it was perfect for our dogs. Thee are also a pair or cushy patio chairs to enjoy the wonderful weather and Tramuntana winds. "Es handelt sich bei der Wohnung um ein 1-Zimmer Appartment mit Doppelbett und Schlafcouch welche nicht räumlich getrennt sind. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen Personen vor Ort. Dafür ist es aber zu klein. Es ist eher für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind geeignet. Im Hochsommer ist es recht Heiß in der Wohnung. Klima gibt es nicht, es ist aber ein Ventilator vorhanden. Es ist Nachts recht laut in der Gegend. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn man sich mit dem Hausverwalter vor Ort auch in Englisch verständigen...

Our room had a balcony that overlooked the pool, canal and marina. Parking is readily available right outside the hotel door. The staff at the front desk spoke English so communication was easy. "
