"The coffee maker was broken, the shower head fell apart, there was no soap in the dispenser, no facial tissues in the dispenser, was charged $10/day parking when the advertised rate was $5/day or $15/week, one elevator was inoperable (and has been inoperable for weeks). I will never stay there again."

"The hotel is right off route 95 and in an area with travel services. The services aren’t great; but ample. As for the hotel it appears brand new as it’s in excellent condition. Check in was easy and quick, and the room was spacious. Plenty of outdoor lighting for security and the best part for me: 24 hour fresh coffee. They also provide breakfast every morning. It was a perfect stop for us since it is exactly halfway between southern Maine and southern Florida. "

"The excessive amount of renovations being done made the hotel undesirable. Couldn’t get a soda due to the renovations. That’s ridiculous. The breakfast included was shoved in a meeting room and not laid out well. Until the renovations are further along, they should not be offering occupancy. "
