"We only stayed one night and our stay was satisfactory. The room was clean but very dated. Although the bathroom was physically clean, the vanity area was so run down it seemed dirty. When I first walked in my non smoking room it had a slight odor but I came to the conclusion it came from the aged carpeting. I wore my socks the entire time and the bottoms were filthy. The amenities are nice but the room needed some love."

"Our room was absolutely terrible! It smelled SO bad like strong urine & old musty/moldy. The chairs & carpet were very stained & old, the AC also smelled terrible and was so loud. Ours walls were so thin, we could literally hear everyone in the rooms on both sides of us and above us. The bathroom walls & ceiling had obviously cover up paint spots I’m sure to cover mold, but it was peeling off and there was other spots that were def mold especially directly above the shower head. If it wasn’t late night and having 3 kiddos under 5 in tow I would’ve requested a switch. But we were exhausted and tired making it work…..heavily regret. We got barely any sleep. 10/10 do NOT recommend this place!!"

"Staff needs to inform customer that kitchen sink isn’t working and to not use that sink! The InSinkErator was not working hence the water will not drain! Also the air conditioner was loud! Other than that it was a good place for the money!"

"rooms were ok. staff was courteous and nice. courtesy breakfast is sub-standard. I suspect the eggs were from a prepackaged powder where they just whip it up prior to heating it. swimming pool looked just ok…I just don’t know how often they change the water. Was disappointed with the chain being cheap with no courtesy bottled water for their guests."
