"The room was filthy. The floors didn't appear to have been vacuumed or cleaned in a very long time. The only thing clean appeared to be the bed clothes, fortunately, but the mattress was concave in the middle and was in really poor shape. The kitchen area had appliances in poor condition, and absolutely no utensils of any kind, cooking or eating. Drawers and cupboards were completely empty. The front desk is not staffed between 10pm and 9am, and instructions at the door to use the white telephone during those hours were very confusing. Because of a four-hour flight delay and difficulties getting our rental car, we didn't arrive at the hotel until 5:30am the morning after our scheduled arrival. We checked in, saw the condition of the room, went ahead and slept in the bed for four hours, then checked out, even though we were booked for a week's stay."

"Great place to stay"

"I stayed in this hotel because i had a conference in the morning and it was very near from my conference center. I read pretty good reviews about the cleanliness so i thought it should be fine for one night but, the reality was different atleast to me. The floors were very sticky. Secondly, there was a loud noise coming from other room the whole night to the point i got scared and couldn’t sleep. I could hear everything they were talking, fighting etc. I have no idea how many people were staying in that room but some were banging the door, running in the hallway, playing loud music the whole night, fighting. I couldn’t do anything because i was so scared to even call and complain since I believed they could hear everything i talk as i did theirs. I just prayed and waited till morning so i can get out from that horrible place. Later, in the morning I explained everything to my fiancée and he called that hotel and explained how my night went but they hung up saying “i dont care, “you can do whatever you want”. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone as per my experience. If you’re looking something peaceful, clean and good environment i suggest you all to not walk away but Runnnnn from this place."

"spacious rooms, great linens, older facility with amenities. clean except the bathroom floor, where the bottom of the bath mat was very soiled when wet from my shower. needed mopping more than sweeping I would stay here again. "
