"I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs-this was THE MOST COMFORTABLE & CLEANEST VRBO I'VE EVER STAYED IN! It's apparent that the owners have invested love & thought into this home! All other VRBOs feel like rentals, but not the Barnyard! This place was furnished & supplied as if they really lived there. Everything felt new & fresh. The mattresses were VERY comfortable! The kitchen supplies were so clean I didn't even feel compelled to wash things before using them, like I do in other VRBOs. They had so many soft throw blankets around, I wish we had stayed during a colder season to fully appreciate the coziness! You can tell that the owners were anticipating our needs & wanted us to be as comfortable as possible-as if we were really family borrowing their home! They left out 2 phone charger cords attached to the couch recliner remotes; a couple very nice & new looking rain coats were hanging in the mudroom for our use just in case you were unexpectedly caught in a storm; they even offered travel sets for brushing teeth & shaving! Both bathrooms were very clean and the primary bathroom felt like a spa with the amazing soaker tub & lovely walk-in shower. The purpose of this trip was to explore different areas of Oregon to decide our next hometown. The Barnyard really allowed us to experience what it would be like if we lived there, surrounded by all our comforts of home! I'm very grateful to the owners for sharing their happy place with us! I'd definitely book here again!"

"As soon as we walked in we felt relaxed. House was clean and tastefully decorated. Anytime we needed something, ie., bottle opener, French press, etc., we reached for it and it was there! The deck is where we spent a lot of our time especially on cool mornings. We enjoyed our stay and liked how it was 10 minutes or so from town. We hope to return and had a great trip due to being able to return to our awesome space to regroup and rest!!! Highly recommend the space!"

"Very well maintained. Very accurate to the pictures on the website. I would like to say you might let people know that none of the bedrooms are downstairs in case someone can’t do the stairs. But we loved the house. Very comfortable and welcoming!"

"Both the property owner and manager were very helpful and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the home was very clean and tastefully decorated. Our kids had a great time in the pool and hot tub. It was about a12 minute drive to Hayward Field. The house is close to the a busy street, but you don’t hear the street noise inside the house. "

"Our family and Au Pair loved the house. Very nice and comfortable. Also loved the backyard with the dart board. Pros: Very clean with great lighting. 3 bedroom and 2 full bath. Nice backyard with plenty of room, small table, chairs, propane fire pit, lawn games. Comfortable beds, great smart TV connectivity for family movie night. Air purifiers in the house to help recycle air.Cons: Washer and dryer a little noisy, cars did not abide by the speed limit in the neighborhood so can be dangerous for small kids! Animal friendly house and there was a slight odor of kitty litter when we first arrived. Overall a great stay and would recommend to anyone interested in the area. Our family would utilize this property again in the future. Thank you! "

"Hello! I'm not usually one to leave a review, but I wanted folks to know how great my stay was! There was a small hiccup at check in: I had to contact the host and ask for the check in information, when it was supposed to be automatically emailed to me. She sent it right away once I asked for it, but again, this was supposed to be waiting for me in my email when we landed, not something I had to reach out to my host to obtain. Also, the lockbox that held the key was difficult to get open, especially in the pouring rain that plagued our entire trip (not the owner's fault, of course - just added more adventure to the trip.).Once we got into the vrbo, everything was wonderful!! Super clean, comfortable, and the wifi information was prominently posted in the living room for all to see. Our host even called to make sure I was aware that there were clean dishes in the dishwasher in case I needed them (which I DID - thank you!!!), and if there was anything else I needed to please reach back out to her. She even let us check in early, which was great given the fact that our plans to wander around Eugene were dashed once we landed and it was raining pretty steadily. There was even an umbrella waiting for us in the coat rack, which was SUPER thoughtful! Great host, great place, very accomidating. Thank you for everything, if we come back to Eugene, we may stay here again!"
