"The room we checked in had no body soap and it had no conditioner. Also the door leading to the outside of our room won’t lock. So anyone could go into our room from the outside. But the staff was helpful enough to give us a room upgrade."

"Hotel was spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk ladies were fantastic! Rooms were super clean and very comfy. A few things needed improvement. There was a refrigerator in the room but it was filled with beverages that you had to pay for. I couldn’t put anything in it. Wondered what people did if they needed one for medication. There was no bar with music or entertainment. And the pool closed at 8pm Sunday - Thursday. Way too early for an adult only hotel. Other than that I had a terrific time."

"The staff was amazing! The small nuances as soon as we arrived gave it a warm welcome. The heated pool and heated patio was perfect. The ambiance in the rooms is very romantic. The restaurant food was top tier. My only wish is this were an adult’s only space since they’re so few."
