« Loved the beach access, very quiet area. I’ll probably get a bigger option next time but definitely recommend this place for stays. It does have a washer and dry but not in the unit its shared. Only thing i didnt like was the way the room smelt not sure if it was the cleaning supplies that they use or if thats just the way it smells. Maybe adding air fresheners would help. »

« This was a perfectly located condo. It was just the right size for my mother and I to get away for a couple days. It’s a short walk across the street to the beach and having included chairs and an umbrella set up at the beach was a huge perk. You are on the street side, so you can hear traffic but they provided a fan that made the perfect white noise at night to drown it out. It did not bother us at all. Communication with the host was quick and easy. I would easily stay here year after year! »

« We normally stay with a family member in the same condos. The condo was sold so they were moved to a one bedroom. We booked in mid January. The room was clean. The mattress on the Murphy bed could definitely be upgraded. The bathroom was comfortable for use. Definitely needs a mat in tub so nobody slips. The water adjustment in the shower takes a little bit to fine tune. The storage is good for your personal belongings. I like this area because it is close to great shopping and awesome...

« It was our very first time visiting Destin! It was absolutely beautiful and breath taking! The owner Joseph was even better, so easy to get ahold of and worked with us! He even allowed us to add on an extra night! The studio was as cute as could be. I would definitely recommend staying here! We will be back next year for sure! « We never could get the TV to work. Good thing there was a DVD player and we brought a couple of our toddler’s favorite dvd’s. Before you leave you have to strip your bed and bring all your towels and wash clothes down to the laundry room. It’s a pretty good walk to a beach which was barracuda beach. « They really undersold this listing! The view, location, and amenities were all better than we expected! We enjoyed it so much we ended up adding a night. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. This is a gated condo community with amazing staff and amenities. This particular suite was on the top floor with an amazing ocean view. « We had a great time ! Our studio was very clean and cozy. Perfect size. We had a more at home type feeling which you cannot get by staying in a hotel. The 5 on-site pools were great. « The owner of the condo was very quick to respond and very helpful. I am very appreciative to the owner in being fair. The building's air condition was out, and offered a refund for the nights the air condition was out. I loved the first floor location, and how close to the pool and the gym it was. The front loader washing machine seal might need to be replaced though, as front loaders tend to get moldy if not left open.
