"I was very let down that there was no longer a hot tub. That is always my first go to. And the pool looked clean until you got in then you notice all the dirt and silt laying on the bottom getting stirred up as you walked down into the water. The room was very clean, no complaints with the room and the property. Just the amenities was very disappointing ."

The home was clean and well appointed, and Mary Beth is an exceptional host.We spent a day at Prince Gallitzin State Park, known for its expansive landscapes and well-maintained trails, the park provided the perfect backdrop for hiking. We look forward to returning to do some more hiking and fishing at Glendale Lake. We would highly recommend Shady Pines."

"Excellent stay! Plenty of room for ATV trailer parking, and hose hookup for electric power washer. Very clean and private. Dollar General down the road for basics, and a 15 minute drive from Rock Run. Highly recommend! "
