« This property and the people that run it is excellent. It is ideal for the single traveller or a couple who just require a comfortable base whilst touring the area and the rest of Norfolk. It is very pet friendly and the hosts are excellent, however it is not the easiest location to find in Feltwell, without sat nav. The property is immaculate and well maintained. »

« This is a great location for exploring Norfolk. We were only there one night but it was peaceful and accommodated all 3 of us with our dog. The owner was excellent with her communication but not at all intrusive. Nice touches like our own private garden with a BBQ where they kindly left some coals so we had the option to use it. »

« Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented. Please avoid Hotels, com are fantastic, had countless enjoyable experiences when booking with them. This...

« The property was clean as we're all the rooms, a part from a Kit Kat wrapper I found in the bed at the top floor. The host was very responsive and parking was convenient. The kitchen had everything I needed and some and the fridge/freezer was spacious. My favorite thing about the property was the way they had it laid out and decorated. The colors were fresh and vibrant. I liked that there was a separate sitting room and a decent smart TV in the dining room with extra seating. It provided my...

« The house presented well and looked as it did in the pictures. It was clean and nice and spacious. Finding the digital key pad to get in the house in the dark was a challenge, it needs a porch light as you can't see it as its black. Also I had a few difficulties with the property. The jacuzzi was empty of water and their was a boiler issue. The owner was responsive and with their instructions I fixed the problem. However, they were not so helpful when I asked for a small refund. Also the sofa...
