"A beautiful little cabin on a beautiful lake, even in winter. Everything was clean and tidy. We enjoyed just relaxing for the most part and the fire place was awesome! Plenty of things to do around the area. Wolf Center, Ely Sauna, dog sledding at Chilly Dogs, Lake Superior, hiking trails and ice fishing. Would definitely stay again!"

"The Burntside Log Cabin and location are both beautiful. It allowed us the perfect time together with family. The large cabin had all the amenities that we needed. The location was ideal to enjoy the Ely area.Thankyou to the host for sharing their home with others."

"The parking lot is way too small for the way. The slots are straight in. They should be angled. They only gave us one coffee for a two day stay and two of people. Although the check-in process was easy, there was no interaction between hotel management and guest for neither check in nor check out."

"The room was very adequately equipped with everything I needed, very clean and updated as well. Jackson, in charge at the lodge, was very helpful regarding any questions or needs. I loved the location right on the lake surrounded by pine. The ski trails connected to the lake and were easily accessible. I hope to return next year!"
