Châteaux à Ellsworth

« Everything was kept very clean and I appreciated that. I would like if there was a little more variety in the breakfast. Several days there was no yogurt and a better cereal selection would be appreciated. What was provided was very good, though. My only complaint is that the non slip strips in the tub were not positioned very well and so the tub was slippery. There needs to be more rows of strips and they need to be closer together. This is a hotel that I would stay in again. »

« The location was convenient for what we wanted. The rooms were dark (poor lighting) and had a bad smell to them. One room was very humid to the point our clothes felt damp. We wanted to do some crafting in the evening and had to go sit in the lobby because the rooms were way too dark. The lobby was better but the lighting was not great down there either. Would not stay here again. »

« L'hôtel est de belle qualité avec piscine et petit-déjeuner continental inclus. Les chambres sont tres grandes, propres, avec air conditionné et il y a des restaurants et un supermarché à proximité. Je regrette que la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas et n'ait pas été réparée pendant les 3 jours malgré mes demandes. »

« Great historic old hotel. The draw back is that the trains run all night long. Very noisy. Woke us up 3 or 4 times. Otherwise, we love the hotel. »

« Le style "chalet en bois rond" avec des chaises faites à la main ne m'a pas plus. C'est bon pour une partie de chasse ma pas pour un voyage d'affaire. »

« I was so happy I decided to stay there. I lost my house in a fire and was building a deck in Hastings. So why not stay close to the job. I stayed at almost every Hotel/motel/ and inn. Was my favorite place! »

« The hotel needs a big improvement. The beds were boxsprings on a platform and were hard. Pillows were tiny and not plentiful, room smelt musty but we were in a smoking room which was expected. While we enjoyed our stay I just feel that we paid way to much for the room for a 2 night stay. The hotel sets back from the road and the sign was not very much noticeable. I do have to say the hotel was quiet and didn't hear much noise, but we spent most of our stay at a concert and didn't realize that...
