This property is located in the Coosawattee River Resort which means you are able to utilize the amenities of the resort including the Rec Center with indoor olympic size heated pool, exercise room, arcade room, tennis courts, basket ball courts, putt putt golf, picnic areas at various parks within the resort and the 3 outdoor swimming pools (during summer season) at no additional cost to you for authorized groups up to 8 people. Please note, it is out of control should one or any of these amenities not be available during your stay and there should be no expectation of any refunds should this occur. None of our properties are within walking distance to the resort and depending on location, could be a 2 minute to 15 minute drive.  
  
Welcome to Summers' Ridge where luxury and comfort meet. Attention to detail is apparent as soon as you enter the doorway. The inviting great room has a gas log fireplace and furnishings that beckon you to kick back and relax. The well equipped kitchen is just perfect if you are looking to whip up some great meals and enjoy them with friends or family. There is a deck that overlooks a wooded landscape with seasonal views and a table for dining as well as a grill for cooking out. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and watch for some of the beautiful whitetail deer that call this area home.   
  
There is a king master ensuite with a garden tub upstairs with it's own private deck, the perfect place to enjoy that 1st cup of morning coffee. A queen bedroom also houses this level and has a private bath with a walk in shower.   
  
The terrace level provides a great media room with a 55" TV for movies, a pull out sofa and a game room with pool table and 50" Smart TV (streaming only) Right outside on the deck is a hot tub for soaking/relaxing to enjoy.  
  
So, why wait, grab some groceries, pack a bag and come on up to experience Summers' Ridge in the North Georgia Mountains!

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:  
  
Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.  
  
Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite TV, internet, telephone for local calls and propane grill.  
  
In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).  
  
Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.  
  
The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.  
  
Required Fees - Cleaning, Processing, Gate Fee & Damage Insurance  
15% lodging tax added to all reservations  
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE FOR RENTERS AND GUESTS (UNLESS ACCOMPANIED FOR A PARENT/GUARDIAN)  
  
DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND DRIVER'S LICENSE.

Excellent communication with owner. Cabin seems bigger than pictures. A lot of room to gather and socialize. Short distance to many activities ; white water rafting , lazy river tubing , vineyards , shopping , even caught a Braves game and a rodeo.

#### Amazing weekend getaway

We took a quick trip to this house for the weekend and we are so glad we did! The amenities were wonderful and the cleanliness was unmatched (especially compared to other VRBOs we have rented in the past). My husband and I, our two young boys, and our fur baby loved our trip - will definitely be back.

#### A great retreat in the woods with access to all of north Georgia

When our weekend plans were cancelled by the hurricane, we booked Summer’s Ridge entirely last minute and had no idea what to expect. It was one of the most pleasant surprises we’ve had, because this cabin was perfect! Everything was clean and decorated adorably, and it was incredibly organized and had everything you could possibly need. The hot tub was great and perfect size (and clean!) the grill was easy to work, and the game room downstairs was excellent. It was only 15 minutes from downtown Ellijay, so it was incredibly easy to drive into town for lunch or exploring and then head into the mountains for hiking, wineries, and whatever else you could want. The roads to get up were a bit small but honestly not bad compared to some mountain roads I’ve driven on. I absolutely would stay here again in a heartbeat, and look forward to renting a Mountain Oasis property again!

Cabin was great, location was horrible..roads right in front and behind of cabin. The resort part was horrible, indoor pool was closed, arcade was pay, the putt putt golf was a joke. The horrible thing about this is they actually make you pay extra to use the stuff I just listed. This is our seventh time staying around the Blue Ridge area and we will never be back to this place. Overpriced and underwhelming.

The home was beautiful with every comfort anyone could ask for. I was thinking since it was a gated community with pools, tennis courts etc. there would be somewhere to walk my dog. I have learned to ask. Absolutely nowhere to safely walk him. I do not fault the hosts. I did not ask. We would have loved two showers as well but adapted !!!

Wife had to have surgery so we asked owner if we could reschedule for August...owner refused noting three days notice was not enough...too bad because we really liked their cabin from prior visits. But alas, I'm sure they'll be able to book it without our future consideration.

#### Great family getaway

We had a great time in Ellijay and this cute cabin was perfect. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of pans, utensils, and dishes. Everything was super clean too! Hot tub was relaxing and the Mountain Views were beautiful. There is a great supply of books, movies, and board games to keep you busy on a rainy day.

My friends and I absolutely loved this property! Very easy to book and a short trip from the airport. The place was exactly how the pictures were. It contained everything we needed during our stay. Thank you for an amazing experience!

The cabin was immaculate and had everything needed for a fun and comfortable escape to the mountains. So many cozy spots to sit and enjoy a toasty fire, beautiful views or a movie when not playing pool or using the hot tub!!

#### Very peaceful lots to do in this one cabin lay out was spot on very beautiful

Everything was perfect except my husband couldn’t watch the Georgia game 🤦🏾‍♀️Cause there was no cable(ESPN) station otherwise everything else was spot on I will book again very soon💜💜

Owners charge fee for damage and we are seniors that left the condition in perfect condition. The property was cute, but make sure you take photos of everything or get insurance for damages because this is clearly a profit generation scheme for the management company. Very disappointed

We really enjoyed this property. It had every amenity you could want. Comfortable beds and furniture very cozy and beautiful decorations. We loved the movie room and game room. I would definitely recommend and come back again. You won’t be disappointed.

We absolutely loved this property and will be back! We watched deer off the balcony with our morning coffee. The place was spotless and had every amenity we could ask for, definitely the best stocked home we’ve rented! We fell in love with the entire river resort and will be back for sure!!!! Perfect quiet, peaceful getaway! Being able to bring our pups made it even better. Thank you!

This place was very homey and very clean. One of the best things were everything was organized and labeled. There was a book on the coffee table with anything you wanted to know about the cabin or the area around. I would rate this place a 10! And will definitely tell my friends about it !! We had a great time!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much! There was lots to do both inside the house and out. Not as secluded as the pictures make it seem but even though the cabins were closer than expected you still have privacy.

#### Fantastic home

We absolutely loved staying with Mountain Oasis. The home was fantastic ,with everything you could possibly need for a vacation getaway. We did not go anywhere outside the gated community due to Covid19, but everything you would need is in the community but restaurants.We planned for that and enjoyed cooking and grilling, playing pool and the hot tub. We will return when Covid is gone. This home is set up for year round visit. We just loved it.

#### The perfect vacation

The property was beautiful. The decor was upnto date with very comfortable beds and sofas. The view was beautiful from every window and balcony! The kitchen was well stocked. The cabin was exactly all we hoped it would be! We would definitely stay again! If you have issues with climbing stairs, this cabin would not be good for you. But we were very satisfied. And the town 1 mile away was very convenient, with a Walmart and beautiful movie theater too!
