At The Jaybird, we aim to provide everything you need to feel at home. The cabin comfortably accommodates up to four guests, featuring a master bedroom with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a desk for guests who need to work. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, and the adjacent guest bathroom offers a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring all that Ellijay has to offer. Both bathrooms come fully stocked with toiletries for your convenience. We also provide a pack and play with fitted sheets for babies and toddlers, making it easy for families to enjoy their stay.
For larger groups or families, we offer two new and comfortable twin blow-up beds, complete with sheets, blankets, and pillows. These beds are perfect for kids or additional guests and can easily be set up in the common areas for a flexible sleeping arrangement, allowing the cabin to accommodate up to six guests in total.
The living room invites you to relax by the gas fireplace or enjoy entertainment on the 55-inch Smart TV with board games for added fun. Stay connected with 300 Mb high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for streaming, remote work, or video calls from the desk in the master bedroom.

Privacy and Security:
We take your privacy seriously. The property is equipped with three outdoor cameras that cover the front and sides of the cabin for security purposes, but they do not view the back deck, ensuring that your outdoor relaxation space remains completely private. The cameras record both audio and video to help keep the property secure while maintaining the privacy and comfort of our guests.
Guest Access & Important Notes:
Guests have full access to the property and all resort amenities. Access cards (hanging on the antler hooks) are required for the resort’s pools, gym, arcade, and sports courts. Please note that lost cards incur a $40 replacement fee.
To maintain the tranquility of the area, we kindly ask guests to avoid parties and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. We also ask that only toilet paper be flushed, as the property operates on a septic system.
Wildlife is a cherished part of the Jaybird experience! Along with frequent deer sightings, you may encounter black bears and other animals. To minimize encounters with insects and animals, please keep doors closed and avoid leaving food outside or in your vehicle.
