The Space:  
Step inside this spacious 3-story townhouse, designed for comfort and adventure in every season. On the first floor, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests. A full bathroom is conveniently located on this level, along with an in-unit washer and dryer to keep your ski gear or hiking clothes fresh for the next day.  
  
Upstairs, the main level features an open-concept layout that invites you to relax and gather. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home—plus a large beverage fridge, making it easy to keep drinks chilled and ready after a day on the slopes. Whether you’re whipping up a hearty breakfast or enjoying a cozy dinner in, you’ll have everything you need. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of seating, ideal for shared meals and late-night board games.  
  
The inviting living room includes a gas fireplace and a Roku TV for streaming your favorite shows. Each bedroom also has its own Roku TV, so everyone can relax with their own entertainment. Spectrum cable is provided throughout the home, and you’re welcome to sign in to any of your personal streaming services.  
  
Sliding glass doors open to your private deck, offering breathtaking views of Holiday Valley. Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise or enjoying a drink in the evening, this outdoor space is perfect for taking in the beauty of Ellicottville. A half bathroom is also located on this floor for added convenience.  
  
Continue upstairs to the third-floor loft—a private master suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Tucked away from the rest of the home, this space offers a peaceful retreat after a day full of adventure.  
  
With A/C to keep you cool in the summer and a prime location just across from Holiday Valley, this home is perfect for all seasons. Walk to the Sunrise lift, hop on the free Holiday Valley shuttle, or take a short drive into downtown Ellicottville to explore great restaurants, shops, and breweries.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests will have full access to the townhouse, including all three levels, the private deck with views of Holiday Valley, and in-unit washer and dryer.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Located in the Alpine Meadows community, this townhouse offers prime access to Holiday Valley Resort. Guests love staying here for the short walk to the Sunrise lift and the convenience of the free resort shuttle.  
  
In the winter, enjoy quick access to the slopes and après-ski fun just minutes away in downtown Ellicottville. In the warmer months, explore hiking trails, mountain biking, and golf at the resort. Holiday Valley’s pool complex, Sky High Adventure Park, and scenic chairlift rides are all just a short drive away.  
  
Whether you're here for a ski weekend, a summer retreat, or a fall foliage getaway, Alpine Meadows is the perfect home base!  
  
Getting Around:  
This townhouse is perfectly located for easy access to Holiday Valley and the Village of Ellicottville. The Sunrise lift is just a short walk away, so you can hit the slopes without needing to drive.  
  
The free Holiday Valley shuttle stops nearby, making it easy to get around the resort. If you’re heading into the Village of Ellicottville, it’s just a quick drive, and ride-sharing services are generally available on weekends.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Parking is limited to 2 cars per unit, as required by the HOA. If you'd like to use the resort pool, we recommend purchasing day passes in advance.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
We want guests to feel at home and enjoy their stay with as much privacy as they prefer. While we are available through messaging and try to respond quickly, messages sent after 8 PM may not be seen until 6 AM the next morning. If anything urgent comes up, we have local contacts who can assist.
