"1 tiny shampoo for 2 people. No conditioner. Asked for additional and we were told we only got what was in the room. Kitchenettes in the room are not stocked. Have to ask the desk. "

"The room was as clean as they could make it considering the carpet, furniture and bathroom fixtures are badly in need of replacement. The staff is clearly working hard to keep things in good condition, but honestly what can you do if the owners haven’t updated in quite a few years. If they’re charging more than $100 a night, you’re paying too much for what you get."
