She asked for my name three times, even though I had already repeated it clearly, and then insisted several times on how exactly the reservation was made, in a very unpleasant manner. « L’hôtel est difficile à trouver et situé dans une zone sans intérêt, loin de tout. La climatisation était mal réglée. Il faisait froid dans la chambre. La chasse d’eau fuyait et le lavabo s’écoulait mal. J’ai payé un supplément pour mon chien mais il n’est pas admis dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Je ne l’ai su qu’en allant déjeuner.
