"We always enjoy staying at this La Quinta -- great staff, good housekeeping, just really nice. The little lower score was only for my request of a certain room -- it was not available apparently. Just disappointed, but we will still come as always. Thanks."

"Staff was very helpful. Only about 1/2 mile from Camden yards. Rooms were excellent - large, great beds, showers. Loud after dark. Didn’t feel safe to be out at night. Sketchy area, homeless, panhandlers. Food at hotel subpar"

"Felt welcomed as soon as I came through the door. My room was spacious. The room was clean but there was a very faint smell of oldness. It wasn’t bothersome at all but just shows it’s an old space despite the apparent renovations. I chose to consider it part of the charm. The hotel has a fun vibe and is in an area close to lots of shops and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and would visit again in the future. I’ve stayed at a few hotels in Baltimore and after visiting town a few times, I enjoyed being here more than some of the hotels in the inner harbor."

"The room was in pristine condition, the bar /restaurant offered delicious breakfast and dinner options, but the best feature of Hotel Indigo Baltimore is the staff. From the valet parking attendants who greet the guests to the efficient personnel at check in to the friendly bellman to the maintenance staff, absolutely every person made me feel like a special guest. It was very impressive to learn that many of the staff had been employed there for eight to fifteen years or more, and they were proud of the hotel. That pride shows and it manifests as a warm and welcoming stay."
