The breakfast was well worth it and the pool area had plenty of seating (though I'd still recommend going early to get seats). The spa was also very worth the price. My main concern is that the Preferred Club breakfast was not worth the extra cost. The breakfast in the main area was better than the a la carte option. Though the nice part of the preferred club was the separate cabanas and afternoon snacks/booze. I would stay here again, staff made everything possible to give us a good experience. Pool was cold most days. Not heated. Pillows where needing refreshed. Bar sold cocktails, more expensive than outwith the hotel, and only did 5 set ones. Didn't do margaritas for example. Kind of expect to sit wt hotel and relax with the drink you want, but this wasn't possible. Construction site across the road so air quality was poor, plus the obvoius noise pollution. Not relaxing for holiday. Paid extra for a patio, it was huge, but was missing a chair for the 3rd guest. Plus a lot of dust from the aforementioned construction site meant our feet where filthy if we walked in it, plus couldn't dry clothes in it.
