You can feel the passion they have for the property. We will be back with our kids to share this slice of heaven. The only set back was the pool was not operational due to maintenance for a few days other than that it is perfect. Proximity to surf perfect and they let us use the boogie board 🌊💯"

"Stayed just one night and the unit was as described. Clean and all facilities were working properly. The Property manager was quick to respond and very nice to work with. "This was a great place to stay for the surf trip I planned with my 21 yr old daughter and her friends. The pool was nice for me to hang out in, as well as nice for them. The beach was a walkable block away for our surf moments. The 2 restaurants were nice. I paid our driver to take the group to Cabo & stay with them, they had a fun saturday night there. Great place!"

"We absolutely love returning to Howie's condo each year. Cerritos seems like home away from home. This year we were so happy to see the new polapa and the addition of a big umbrella which we used each morning to block the sun as we had coffee on the rooftop Howie's property management group are superb. We had an issue the first day and they were so prompt and efficient in solving our problem. The location of this condo is the best. We love that we can easily walk to the beach. Already looking forward to next year!"
