When I got there the walls were stained sticky floors bathroom was so dirty I had to get my own cleaning supplies and a lot of illegal things happened while I stayed I felt unsafe.

Is dirty, old bed sheets with cigarette burns and cigarettes burns on the shower tub the tv didn't work

Love the stay. Front desk worker Wendy) she's one of the best workers here very educated in the front desk very helpful friendly always smiling always helped with what you need at whatever time very good person. She knows how to handle what's going on around the hotel.

I was locked out of my unit in the middle of the night, and was forced to sleep in my car. I was not able to locate staff.

The towels had not been stocked,and cockroaches had been scurrying around in the bathroom, i had no hot water even for a shower...it was the worst out of all 12 stays on my 12 day trip

Planned to stay a night wound up staying a week.
Great service, friendly, accommodating staff. Recommend this little gem (95 rooms actually) in east El Paso right off the 10. Clean, comfortable room. Quiet in spite of proximity to freeway. Fabulous Asian restaurant right next door.
