We were assigned to the 1st floor. I think it faced the freeway. It was ver loud from the traffic and the a/c was not working. The staff transferred us to another room. It was very nice. I think Hyatt can replace the windows on the rooms facing freeway. The noise is pretty loud. Hopefully with better quality windows can keep the noise from freeway.

I was not aware the hotel was going to go under renovations until after I booked my stay. I wish they would have told me that before. The breakfast was good though. Location was convenient for us. Maybe I would try them again until after they are done remodeling.

This facility is right next to a major highway. As someone who lives in a very rural area I struggled to get to sleep. Great room though.

It was ok
The front desk staff was very friendly. I arrived after 11 PM, so there was no shuttle from the airport. However, upon return, they took down my flight information, and the shuttle was ready. The property is a bit "tired." Could use some updating. If you like squishy feather pillows, you will be ok. I prefer foam ones. My room was facing the freeway, so there was a lot of road noise.

Furniture is worn, holes on the arms of the sofa. Elevator bounces around and is very dirty. Front desk staff unprofessional and transferred his stress to the guest for no reason.

Because most of our stays have been at Marriott or Spinghill Suites i assumed it his property was comparable. It isn’t! your property is too close to I-10. It’s noisy, i could hear traffic all night, I could hear the water and flushing from upstairs and the bathroom floor near the toilet had something sticky! Also the AC is too close to the sleeping area i couldn’t moderate the temperature! The rest of the property is beautiful but on this stay my wife and i were not impressed! in fact when we return on 10/09/2023 my wife has requested we stay at Spring Hill Suites.
