« The property was very clean, there was available dog waste bags outside for my service dog, the grounds and landscaping was fantastic as well. The staff were so helpful and polite even at our late arrival of near 1am. The breakfast was very good with protein and fruit options, including yogurt. The facilities and rooms were clean. « I was at the property a total of 10 minutes. Lots of dog crap in the parking lot. The room had smashed roaches on the floor. The hot tub had dead bugs in it. Missing light bulbs. The refrigerator had mold and standing water in it. We walked right back out drove to the front desk. Paid through Expedited so they are the 3rd party responsible for the refund. The Expedia telehelp I called said I would get a refund. We will see. It’s been nearly 48 hours and no refund. Gross place don’t recommend. »

« We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very nice desk attendant.
She was the highlight of the stay, it went downhill from there.
We were given keys to our 2 rooms. 1st room the door was crackked open, the TV was on, towels were on the floor and beds were not made. (Not cleaned, no big deal mistakes happen.)
2nd Room also not clean bed blank and sheets down, obviously slept in, room not cleaned. Again no big deal mistakes happen.
