El Obelisco Macho Tours and Activities

My husband and I had an amazing time at this hotel. Everything about it was great, we'll be back next year. The staff was great, specially Ana Patricia at the front desk and the other young lady that checked us in, which I don't remember the name.

Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information. My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance.

Everything about the place was beautiful, but the food was just okay. The staff was fantastic — friendly and very helpful. Drinks were amazing. The beds are not comfortable they are too hard, woke up every morning with back pain. With that said I would definitely go back…
