I didn’t like my room at all. I booked a executive room with two queen bed plus sofa bed, instead they gave me handicap accessible room with handicap bathroom , two FULL size beds and no sofa bed. Also the room had an aweful view, and only two standard pillows as opposed of 4 5-start luxury pillows ...

Hyatt Centric Las Condes Santiago
Room was spotless, the amenities were great. The bar downstairs was awesome and had a great selection of drinks. All the staff were very polite and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, but I didn't really care for the pillows.
