From the outside, I knew I made a mistake. Run down and very shady looking. The reception area smelled like curry. The room, smelled like they've been trying to use a gallon of disinfectant to try and cover the smell of something that ended it's days in that room. The door to the bathroom had peeling paint. I knew I couldn't get a refund and just checked out and went to the Best Western around the corner. And paid double but I could t be happier!

The deadbolt wouldn't work. Had to place a door under the knob for safety. Air conditioner made lots of noise. Hot water wouldn't work in the shower.

The stay was ok. Pool is working and no hot water.
The property was clean and well located but very basic. Did not provide any amenities despite being listed in the category of having breakfast when id not not even have a coffee maker in the room. It did not even provide facial tissues. Lady at the front desk was very nice but could offer no amenities.
I was very disappointed with our stay here, sheets and comforters were stained, the rooms had a very unpleasant smell, they showed continental breakfast and that was a lie. Never staying there again…

SPRAYED OFF BUG SPRAY in my room because I felt bugs and then after I sprayed they were gone. The photographs look nothing like the property. The rooms are completely different and they look like prison chambers. The pool is non-functioning and according to the staff that I spoke with it has not been working in years. There is no breakfast. And all of this is advertised on their ads and Expedia. The photographs of the rooms on the ad look warm and inviting. But in reality they are nothing like that. And you can see the tan paint still under the white paint that they have used. Is amazing that America's Best value inn is still letting them use their name. I couldn't stay the second night because of the conditions.

Pool was without water and it was 100°. But other than that excellent staff and all went well
We reserved two rooms one was decent the other was very dingy and hot. online said continental breakfast and that was untrue

The rooms were clean at first glance, the beds were well made and was supplied, but the floor wasnt mopped and there were dead bugs in the bathroom. The a/c took a while to cool down the room, and there was no continental breakfast in the morning.
My stay here was fine. The room was clean and cozy, bed was comfortable and the ac worked which really helped since it’s 100 plus degrees out in El Centro. Came out here for work so this room was just for resting after work. Simple, clean, and affordable.
