"I came to Ulvik/Villavik to see where my ancestors once lived and to walk where they once walked. The Handanger Fjord and all areas surrounding are amazing! Vallevik Fjordhytter, our cabin on the mountain was charming and peaceful and everything one could want! Paul was there for us if we ever needed anything or had any questions, very kind! I would love to return some day and if I do I hope to stay here again."

"Die Hütte ist klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden , was man braucht und sie steht in einer traumhaft schönen Lage - zwischen den zwei Nationalparks Hardangervidda und Hallingskarvet. Man kann von dort aus wandern oder auch direkt von der Hütte aus. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen."

"Beautiful remote location about 20 minutes from Voss. There are two bedrooms down stairs, and two up. The main living space is open plan and very well stocked. We were coming from the states and could not bring our own linens so we bought linens and towels at Jysk in town for about $35 per person. The communication with the host, novasol(?) was not great and they need you to use their website to get all the details about getting into the house, but once we had that it was easy."
