« The cabin was gorgeous and exactly as described/seen in the photographs. We were lucky enough to get snowed in and the host reached out to ensure we were managing. We cooked a lot of meals in the cabin and were impressed with the large array of pots, pans, utensils to choose from. Also, the kids loved the Lego wall! They spent a lot of time in the basement and were happy to have the largest TV in the house to themselves. »

« First and foremost, the condo was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. I loved that it had a little balcony to enjoy my coffee in the morning and to view stars at night. It is in a beautiful setting and only 4 miles from Davis, where you can find places to eat. The location is ideal for visiting many natural areas and Blackwater State Park. It was very quiet the week we were there in early October too. »

« They have excellent customer service and the host is a very kind and considerate person! We couldn’t believe the price for the area! Hands down, no one even comes close to the price! If you want a great bargain and don’t need expensive frills then I highly recommend this. It’s close to beautiful hiking trails, antique shops, outdoors sporting, parks, and some towns that aren’t too far (without paying the tourist trap prices). The tv service and WiFi were a plus. « Loved the cabin! My only complaint was that the upstairs bed got hot during the night making my daughter uncomfortable. We put the fan up there the second night but it didn’t seem to help. She slept on the loveseat. Everything else we loved! »

I’ve stayed at Alpine Lake at several different properties, and this was the first one that provided keys to be able to use the indoor pool. It was the perfect space for our family of 3 and 2 dogs. »

« We absolutely LOVED our stay at Valley View Cabin Resort. The owner did an amazing job with the layout, decor and all the details. We are owners of a vacation rental management business at the Delaware beaches and were very impressed with every detail thought of in the cabins. The staff was friendly when we needed more supplies and the owner was available by phone if we had an issue. The only reason we called the office was asking to extend our stay. We can’t wait to come back! »
