We had chosen this room through Expedia.com, but when we arrived the Quality Inn had no record of our reservation. We had received confirmation of our reservation on this date and a reference # which we gave to the clerk. After a few phone calls, the desk person assured us the manager would look at the situation the following week. We did get a room, but It was not a smooth check in process. Can Not recommend.

Property was fine but the charged my credit card 3 times. I had paid Expedia in full. A week later I'm still trying to get the charges reversed. As of yesterday 2 had been reversed but still waiting on the third.

The building is clean and in good condition for it’s age. When occupancy is low, staff could assign rooms away from stairs and entryways. Hiway noise is considerable. Consider filling rooms opposite of the hiway on low census times. Staff was friendly.

this place was a very nice stay. the room was very clean and the employee was very nice. the pool looked clean but we did not have time to take a swim maybe next time. the bed was comfortable. the tv was also good it was easy figure out. the breakfast looked like the normal one you get at hotels also

Service was amazing! When we got to our room it smelled a bit smoky and the lady at the front desk was so amazing and accommodating and got us switched right away. Great location, clean, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

QUALITY IS IN THE NAME
Arrived late and was greeted by a warm friendly smile. Check in was quick and easy. Room was exactly as described. Clean and comfortable space with frig, microwave and coffee. All the amenties you could need. Fitness center and indoor pool available although I didn't test them out. Breakfast was quite good for a budget hotel. They did kind of rush me out the door at checkout but in a kind way. I would stop here again. I felt safe and comfortable.

We had two rooms, the air conditioner didn’t work in one, but otherwise it was good. The rooms were worth the cost. The staff accommodated a special request for a handicapped guest. This is my second stay here and I would stay again.
