There was no phone in the room (and they failed to bring it despite 3 seperate requests). The maid service is uneven (leave things in the trash, forget to put back towels, etc.). Its OK for Port Vila as long as you pay less than 15 000 Vatu per night for your room."

"The waterfront restaurant is in a nice setting and the view is nice. The lagoon is dirty though, so fine for kayaking but not swimming. The duplex apartment was run down. The TV very small. No blankets, just sheets. The mattress and bed is all caved in. There is no housekeeping and no one even swaps out towels or replenishes toilet paper or toiletries even on 4+ night stays. "
