Staff were excellent and made friendships with several. Room cleaned daily. Beautiful outlook to the bay. Restaurant meals were divine; we ate here every night for 7 nights. I found the staff lovely but a little disappointing that once I had enquired or asked them to do something they never followed up with me. This was in regards to a dress I had left behind on a tour and about the accommodation package. Comfortable accommodation although bathrooms could do with an upgrade. Italian restaurant food was very good. Wed has a Melanesian Buffet evening with local entertainment & Fri is Fire Night. Other evenings have free live music. Friendly staff. Food not great but OK (breakfast a bit poor). The absence of air con may be a bit of an issue in the summer months but fine in the winter months.
