"Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel as a whole was very clean and well maintained, though we did have some stains on the inside of the bed comforter. The pool area was kept clean, the sink and refrigerator in the room were helpful. The accessible shower did leak out water to the rest of the bathroom. Perhaps a larger curtain would help? Overall a great stay. "

"Think the eggs were from a mix and pancake batter seems different.Weird texture. Loved the heated pool.Small pool/hot tub was closed. Elevator was broken,I have COPD so manager on duty offered cancelation, but I did not accept.Drew was nice as well.One of the nicer upkept locations I have stayed at. USB plugs weren't loose. Would stay again."

"Nice hotel and very near the Trade Mart for our event. Staff and rooms were very good. The gated parking lot was especially appreciated and we felt extra safe. Will book again."

"Desk staff person was not easily approachable; the security guard in the front desk area was distracting. The next morning the same desk staff person seemed to be in a better mood talking on the phone while I checked out. When we got to our room down a Long hallway the room door was open and the room had basic old furniture. We sleep in our clothes for a quick exit if needed because of the other guests we saw outside in the parking area around the front door and down the Long hallway."
