Historical Highlands Beautiful Modern Home

  • Highlands beautiful bi-level newly renovated basement suite with private entrance . Located steps away to Ada Boulevard and the beautiful River Valley with many walking and bicycle trails. Next door to fine coffee shops and restaurants.
    Pets are welcome (pet fee applies, 2 PETS MAX). 2 large bedrooms with 1 queen size bed, and one double bed, and a queen size pullout bed/couch in the living room with a renovated bathroom, spacious kitchen and large windows for natural sunlight.

    The upper unit does have AC which keeps the lower unit cool in the summer months.

○ Unless there is an agreed change in checkout time, if Guest does not checkout at the standard checkout time. A fee of $50.00 per hour to be applied.
