Overall Stat
The basement apartment was spacious and comfortably. Fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. In apartment washer and dryer. King size bed. All was good, except for upstairs noise during the night. I slept through it, but it kept waking up my husband. We're old. It would sometimes last till three in the morning. I'd still recommend the listing.

Adequate
Our stay at best was adequate. The people in the suite upstairs were extremely noisy and that caused us some issues. The location was perfect but the house manager was hard to get a hold of when we arrived, to give us the house code. When I did get a hold of her things went smoothly. Cleanliness at best was a 3. Dirty bathroom and I left the place cleaner than when I found it.
