It's on the top floor of a dimly lit stairway, but TONS of natural light (a bit much at 4 AM), lots of room to spread out, comfy furnishings and lots of reading materials to plan your stay in the area. Nice little cookie box for our arrival, and communication was straightforward. The instructions were not sent when needed, and then it was a wild good chase to get the keys to the property. I paid more per night than a hotel, but there were no amenities like coffee, tea, sugar, powdered creamer. The parking instructions were inaccurate and other instructions weren’t helpful. They wanted another wild goose chase to check out, but didn’t convey the instructions adequately and only after checking into the property.
