Wonderful apartment in central position overlooking Royal Mile.
Amazing central location close to attractions and restaurants. The apartment was beautiful and was spacious and comfortable. Great views of the Royal Mile - including a great vantage point to watch the street performers! The host, Shahid, was very nice and helpful and could be contacted if required during our stay. Would absolutely book this apartment again! Only downside is that the sheer number of stairs made it hard work with heavy suitcases. Saying that, we were aware of this before we booked, but it did not deter us!

Edinburgh Sight Seeing Trip
This was a perfect location for visiting Edinburgh. Overlooks the Royal mile and is easy walking distance to Edinburgh Castle or the Palace of Holyrood which are at each end. Many of the street performances are right out the window below. Plenty of neat tours to take for Edinburgh of the past. The price is competitive with the hotels, but you get a huge living area, a full kitchen, and two bedrooms with ample roaming around room instead of a cramped hotel

Beautiful Apartment on the Royal Mile
This apartment is so comfortable. The living room is really big with two beautiful bedrooms and one bath. It was in the center of things so we could go out and come back and rest. Bravo! Excellent digs!

Parliament Square Apartment was the perfect stay for our family of 4. Beautiful apartment, pictures are accurate. A lot of space, full amenities and location is in the heart of everything. In the heart of Edinburgh
Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment right on the Royal Mile, across the street from Mary King’s Close and blocks from the castle and train station. This is a fantastic place to stay to explore Edinburgh. Host communication was easy. The stairs are a bit of a challenge with luggage but worth it once you’re settled in. I’d definitely stay here again if we come back, which I hope we do!

Great location, lovely flat
We stayed at the Parliament Square flat during the Fringe - Fabulous location!! Great communication from Shahid, providing clear check-in instructions well ahead of our stay as well as a phone call just after our arrival to make sure everything was OK. There were also very clear instructions in the flat for how everything worked and what do do with dishes, rubbish etc. on departure - always helps.

This amazing spacious two bedroom apartment is situated right on the royal mile. Very convenient to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider using again for future visits.

Location can’t be beat
The location was fabulous! Right on the royal mile! The communication with the hosts was wonderful. Very attentive to any questions we had. Two bedrooms - two beds for my kids and second room with a king bed for us and we shared a bathroom. Great living room where we looked out onto royal mile and people watched and full kitchen. We dropped off our luggage at the place and then our car at the Radisson parking lot (5 minute or so walk) for the duration of our stay. We conveniently walked everywhere- Edinburgh castle, Arthur’s seat. We did the Mary Kings close directly across from our place. Enjoy!

Great Apartment in Old Town Edinburgh
We had a great stay in this spacious apartment. The kids enjoyed having their own room and was fun to watch the street performers right outside the window. Very easy to get to nearby attractions and tons of bus/train connections to get to the zoo, beach, etc. Highly recommend for a family stay in Edinburgh.

Excellent vacation property!
Very spacious apartment in the heart of the Royal Mile. The owner was easy to communicate and very responsive. Unit was very well equipped and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed watching the New Years fireworks from the windows. We would absolutely recommend this place to others.

Elegant Apartment on the Royal Mile
This apartment is located right on the Royal Mile next to St Giles Cathedral and is surrounded by shops and restaurants. You will not regret staying here, not only for its location, but because it is a very spacious and beautiful home. The beds are comfortable, living room sofas also comfortable and we appreciated the large bath sheet size towels. The host gives excellent instructions on check in and check out. There is a binder on the coffee table that gives more info. He is also very communicative and responds quickly. We had a wonderful experience!! One last thing…yes, there are a few flights of stairs to reach the apartment but most of old town and Edinburgh is uphill on a rock so if anything, it gave me an opportunity to get into better shape!

The entire stay from check in to our departure was flawless. Our host was accommodating to our needs. As a Canadian we have a high standard for our showers. This one was just like home. This apartment is in the center of the city's attractions. Open your window and you are looking down on the street festival!! One draw back is the six flights of stairs. But once you are there it is very comfortable and roomy. I would definitely return to these properties in the future.

A fantastic flat in a great location. Just as pictured and the flat is very spacious .
Great location, easy check in and out process. You won’t regret booking here. We had 4 adults with room to spare , I don’t think all can claim this. Right in the heart of the Royal Mile handy to all pubs- restaurants and main attractions. While busy on the streets during the day it gets quiet at night for a comfortable rest. You won’t be disappointed - this is a highly recommended property in my opinion.

Perfect stay for our family, large living room and 2 bedrooms plus kitchen and laundry. Owner is very gracious and provided good communication. We loved opening the windows and watching / listening to the activity on the Royal mile. Cafe and restaurants right down stairs. Only small downside: no elevator/ lift for 4th floor flat but we didn't mind the exercise. Thanks for the fabulous stay!

Great stay in the center of Old Town
This wonderful apartment is minutes from Waverly train station and located near the sites of old town Edinburgh. We were near many souvenir shops, pubs, and restaurants. We were minutes away from Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace. Shahid was easy to communicate with. In fact, after our arrival, he phoned to make sure we made it in okay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet for the neighborhood. Just keep one thing in mind: the apartment is located up six flights of stairs (we counted 69 steps). There is no elevator/lift and if you are carrying large bags it might be a challenge. It was a great stay for my first time in Scotland and would definitely rent from Shahid again.

Talk about location!
Great property with an amazing location. It was a very comfortable stay although entertainment could be better. Older TV without Netflix and only about 10 channels that work, so I would suggest bringing and HDMI cable to connect to your laptop. Almost top floor so a tough climb but worth it once you get there!

Right in the heart of it all!
What an amazing apartment! This is a large, beautiful space right in the heart of the Royal Mile. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Edinburgh during our week long visit. We took a bus from the airport and made our way there. We were able to shop for groceries and make some meals at home. There are so many restaurants, bars, museums and other attractions nearby too. The only small complaint was the walk about 4 flights of stairs with our luggage on arrival. Otherwise, it is well equipped with modern appliances. It is clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again my next trip to Edinburgh.

Great location in the old town, Apartment could not be faulted for location, cleanliness and facilities. As per other review it is on second floor, so there are stairs, as long as you know its not a problem
