### Charming Spacious Central Apartment

Wake up inspired to explore from this spacious apartment. The charming flat features contrasting blue and gold, varying textures and motifs, an open-plan layout, and contemporary furnishings and decor that combine to create a boutique hotel style aesthetic. Walk to Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street or climb Arthurs Seat for a panoramic view. Many restaurants cafes, pubs and theaters nearby!  
  
This accommodation features two double rooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower.  
  
The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a traditional Victorian tenement building in the highly sought-after and vibrant Bruntsfield area of Edinburgh. It is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and boutiques as well as the Meadows and Bruntsfield Links public parks for walking, running and outdoor sports. A Sainsbury's local supermarket and other food shops are close by. The apartment is within easy reach (by foot or public transport) of the city centre, the Old Town of Edinburgh and most Edinburgh Festival venues. Please note: Edinburgh City Council has introduced a mandatory 5% Tourist Levy. This will apply to bookings made on or after 1 October 2025 for stays starting from 24 July 2026\. The levy is charged on the first five nights of any stay and will be collected separately.
