Nestled in the peaceful village of Rosewell, this lovely house offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and charming countryside character, making it an ideal retreat for families, couples, or small groups looking to unwind and explore Midlothian. Welcome to our spacious and comfortable three-bedroom, multi-level home, perfectly suited for families, groups, or friends looking for a relaxed base just outside Edinburgh. Set over multiple levels, the house offers plenty of space to spread out while still feeling cosy and homely after a day of exploring. PLEASE READ: While the listing states a maximum of 5 people, we can accommodate, 5 adults and 3 children under the age of 16\. We have had to limit this due to scottish licensing laws. Please let us know the ages of children accompanying you. Sleeping arrangements All bedrooms are located on the first floor and are thoughtfully set up for a great night’s sleep: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Double bed and single bunk bed Bedroom 3: Single bed Living room: Double sofa bed Fresh, hotel-quality linen is provided for all guests. Out & About Located in Rosewell (near Roslin), you’re in a peaceful village setting just outside Edinburgh, with quick access to the city and some of the best countryside in the area. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
