"Check in was easy but there is a sign on front desk that every ammenity is down at moment and they will cancel you free of charge before check in. Too bad that’s a lie. Also they advertise on sign outside FREE HOT BREAKFAST. that’s a lie as well they have cereal and maybe if your lucky a yogurt. No one there barely speaks English. You have to beg for towels. Absolute dumpster fire of a hotel. Then u have to dispute your incidental charge because after you check out they don’t refund it back to u unless u beg and dispute."

"No problems with this hotel at all! Clean and modern in style. Staff were friendly and provided some great places nearby. The restaurant attached to hotel was delicious. Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Inner Harbor which makes it an ideal location. Would definitely stay again. "

"I had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and well-kept, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The location was another big advantage, being right in downtown made it easy to access nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions without much travel. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable stay that I would consider again."

"Staff were very helpful, the lobby is historic and impressive, and the rooms are spacious. The property also seems tired (including the shower that at first glance didn't look clean but upon further inspection was just really old and walls are often scuffed), elevators are slow, and there was a loud and pretty inconsiderate convention that was being hosted - lots of public intoxication. Staff are in a tough spot with this and no one wants to be a killjoy, but I hope they can consider standards of conduct and how to enforce them - I saw one conference attendee vomit in the lobby and another said something sexually inappropriate to me."
