"I was visiting grandkids in Hot Springs and wanted a hotel with hot tub. The Baymont had a tub so I went with that and glad I did. The hotel was recently upgraded with new carpet and fresh paint and most importantly, a new, attentive and gracious manager, Shah. Nice spot and pet friendly with new vinyl Flooring in pet friendly rooms. Very nice."

"It was a Comfort Inn. The breakfast was adequate, the pool adequate. The room had a few little things that needed maintenance but it was clean and comfortable."
