Our stay was incredible. The house was wonderful. The hostess had everything there that anyone would need. The house was wonderfully done. The hostess is warm, friendly and so kind. We loved it. Loved it so much we scheduled another trip there before we left. We will definitely keep staying here when we visit Edenton.
The place is great and we had an amazing weekend in Edenton. Nicole is very responsive and checked in on us to ensure we were having the best time at her property.House was very clean and very well equipped. Had everything we needed! We will definitely come back!
Neat as a pin, and within walking distance of most of the local attractions! All of our three generations (and our golden retriever) greatly enjoyed our stay.
The home was done so beautifully with a mixture of historical features and modern conveniences. Also a great location for walking downtown to enjoy restaurants and stores.
Lovely historic home with nice amenities. We loved how close we were to downtown and enjoyed several local eateries. We also brought our dog along and she enjoyed the fenced in yard and walking through downtown. Edenton is within an hour to Manteo, NC so spent an afternoon there as well at the Elizabethan Gardens. Very nice trip!!
Charming house, immaculately clean and very well outfitted for a comfortable stay. Location was great- easily walkable to downtown.Deck with grill, plenty of seating and table for dining outside. Excellent communication from host.
We came to Edenton for a wedding. Our first time in the area. The town is charming and a very short walk from this home. Excellent location. Host was very communicative.Cottage out back is charming.
The home waa perfect for our needs! Would have loved to have stayed the entire time that we planned but Snowmeggan was predicted so we felt we needed to be responsible senior citizen ladies! Edenton was charming with gorgeous homes and delightful shops. We enjoyed the game room !
This house was exactly as advertised! So quaint, clean, and charming! Nicole was very responsive and checked in on us to make sure we had everything. She is a great host! Looking forward to our next visit!
My 3 friends and I had a wonderful visit in Edenton and this house was great! It had two upstairs bedrooms and bathroom, a great kitchen and den, a card table in another room and an entire back house with two comfortable beds and a bathroom. There was a ton a room for the four of us. Between the two houses is a large patio with a nice sized table and chairs and then another seating area that has lighting for an evening outside. The neighborhood is safe and close to downtown so we could walk to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this home!!Julie K.
We loved everything about our stay in Edenton, including this property. It is so charming and within walking distance of the downtown area. The owner was so helpful with detailed arrival and departure information, answered our questions quickly, and even let us know the day of arrival that the property was ready early if we wanted an earlier check in. The owners have done a great job at maintaining the character of the home while adding all the modern convenience you would want. Although we didn’t use it, the detached cottage was adorable and a great way to provide room for additional guests. I would definitely book this property again if I return to the area.
Edenton did not disappoint, from the shops, to the farmers market and the historic sites. The house was very comfortable. My boys loved that the house was built in the late 1800s. It was nicely renovated too. The host did a great job assuring that we had everything that we needed.
My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Nicole was quick to reply if we needed her. I would definitely stay here again!
My wife and I really enjoyed staying in this very clean home walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We had our two dogs with us and the fenced in back yard was perfect for them. The rear deck with outdoor lighting and the guest cottage are very nice and the home could easily accommodate larger groups and families. The host was attentive and easy to contact. We highly recommend this house.
We truly enjoyed our time at the Edenton Historic District property. Nicole was very responsive to any questions that we had. She left detailed instructions about the check-in/check-out process and responded to anything we needed during our stay. In addition, we were given suggestions about events and places to try in the area. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!
We really enjoyed our time in this cute historic home.
It was within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in the downtown area of Edenton.
Self check in was smooth and the house was nicely furnished and very comfortable. We appreciated how super clean it was.
It also had a cute outdoor space and separate small cottage in the back which our granddaughter loved.
We would consider coming back here in the future.
What a fantastic stay in a lovely home. Our family came to Edenton after my graduation and we had such a lovely time. The historical home, well restored, and the games. I stayed in the cottage while everyone stayed in the main house.
We appreciated your flexibility in letting us stay for a couple more hours, which allowed my family who needed to finish work to do so. And the quick responses to questions was fantastic.
Thank you for sharing your lively home.
Super comfy historic home in the midst of Edenton!
Myself and 2 other women were in the area for two golf tournaments. This house was a wonderful find, for sure! The home was exceptionally clean, was well stocked, and we had a wonderful time enjoying the games that were there from corn hole to Rummikub! The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were comfy! What more could one ask for? Nicole, you have a gem there! Thanks for sharing!!
There's so much to LOVE about this property! Everything is immaculate; the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need (and we're picky cooks); the appliances are high quality and the furnishings are lovely. We really enjoyed spending evenings on the back deck by the beautiful magnolia. At night, everyone loved their room and thought they had the most comfy bed, and the grands especially liked the additional cottage. During the day, we were able to visit Nags Head, the NC Aquarium, and a nearby Wildlife Refuge where we saw a bear. We knew we liked the charming community of Edenton, but now we also know exactly where we want to stay when we come back.
So pleased! The Price House was the perfect location and house for our family weekend. The kitchen was well appointed and made preparing the side dishes I needed to take very enjoyable.
The house was spotless. Instructions and checkin was super easy. Nicole was very responsive and helpful when we had a question before and during our booking. The other great thing was that we were able to bring our lab with us. She’s part of the family and a great traveler. She enjoyed the walk to the farmers market Saturday morning. It’s always so nice when you don’t have to leave them behind. We hope to stay here again next year. Edenton is such a cute town and only a short trip to our family farm. The Price House was a great plan for our overflow. Thank you, Nicole!
