This was my second stay at the hotel, and both times the reception was very kind and welcoming. In the morning, the receptionist even gave chocolate to my child, which was such a thoughtful touch. Great experience overall.

We chosen this spot as a 2 night stay so we could visit Carlsbad Caverns. What a great location. Short drive to the park. As for the amenities everything was top notch for an older building....and so so clean. I dontoften tip the cleaning staff byt I did this time. Leo at the front desk was amazing and helpful. We needed supplies for our road tri and Walmart was right next door and walkable. Diner two nights in a row at the Chinese Buffet 5 min walk. Was.a.little sad that the hot tub was out of...

I loved this place !! It was by far the most convenient hotel anywhere near the Carlsbad Caverns, which saved me a lot of time. The swimming pool was extremely popular and there are good services nearby. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again myself.
