« Pas d’eau chaude pour 3 jours. On a demandé à 3 reprises que ce soit réglé sans succès. Très décevant et incompréhensible pour une chaîne appartenant à Marriott. »

« Beautiful property. Was left waiting because staff at check in kept me waiting while others just walked in and were checked in! Found out I was a Bonvoy member and never said sorry. They were more interested in checking in college volleyball team pushing their way up. »

« The shuttle was right there when I needed it at 4:45AM. One thing could be improved- a 2nd grab bar in the shower closer to the shower head. As most showers are slippery, a single grab bar at the back of the shower is insufficient. Otherwise- a very nice, restful evening. »

« The property is very nice, but the breakfast is terrible and the same everiday. The rooms are cleaned every two days. »

« On est accueilli dans la chambre par des blattes dès notre arrivée dans la chambre 305 pour être précis. Je déteste cet insecte. Il faut vérifier si c’est pas généralisé dans l’immeuble. »

« WIFI VERY SLOW. Staff was always very courteous. Landscaping horrendous pool furniture horrible. Many missing and or dead Landscaping throughout the pool area and entrance. Pool furniture was a mix match and did not mirror the Beautiful entrance/ lobby area. You almost thought you were in two different hotels because of the differences. »

« La diversité des produits et le timing car il n’y a pas assez de nourriture. Tout est au compte goutte. Nous sommes obligés de constamment de leur demander de réactualiser le Comptoir et pour finir la place c’est très difficile de pouvoir s’installer, il n’y a pas assez de place pour les clients qui veulent déjeuner le matin. »

« We only were booking here for one night but the amenity of washer/dryer in room was in the room description (which has since been removed) so I chose the more expensive out of the way location to have this before we flew home. There are no such amenities in any room they offer. They have laundry on site but the was all continently down until the next morning at 9AM. The TV did not ever work, the maintenance man only gave us new batteries and I had shown & explained the connection issue the tv...

« The room is not renovated like in the photos. We took the suite for that reason, but don't waste your money, it's nothing more than extra flooring. Everything is ruined, mirror broken, the bathroom door doesn't close, the handle is so disgusting that we had to put a towel on it to touch it, the sink only gives hot water, we had ants, in short, a place to forget. The positive note is the very courteous staff and the beds which are very comfortable. »
