(1,002 reviews) This hotel was the best hotel that we stayed at during our trip to Italy. It is also conveniently located to the Uffizi and the Galeria dell'Accademia. Additionally, we found a laundromat just a block and a half away, where you can wash/dry two loads for just about $20\. Carlo, one of the hotel reception clerks, is a genius for recommending the restaurant "The Divine Comedy Restaurant," a Tuscan steakhouse, which was splendid. The breakfast here was the best breakfast we had at any of hotels we stayed in Italy. The juices and the yogurt-fruit bar with toppings was out of this world. This will be the hotel I stay at if I ever visit Florence again.
