"On arrival the young man was very friendly and helpful . For us the room we had was a bit small for 3 adults and there wasn’t enough storage space in the bathroom for toiletries but next time we will book the suite or the cottage . It wasn’t set up for 3 people either with drinks cups glasses or towels but once we asked they were put in our room straight away . We had tea and scones when we arrived which were delicious. We had evenings meals both evenings which were absolutely amazing. Both days breakfasts were brilliant too . The selection of food was beyond our expectations and the quality of the food especially our fillet steaks was outstanding. Our compliments to the chef . We look forward to staying there again ."

"It was our first time at the grove, We had a fabulous welcome pack for the girls and us humans. Well stocked kitchen plenty of cutlery, and cooking pans and trays for the oven if you are eating in which we do mostly even shampoo and toothbrushes if you forget yours, lots of dog toys , the list can go on... It was so clean and wonderful garden lots of outdoor seating everything was absolutely fantastic Pete and Ali have thought of everything Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be back soon. Already to book again"

"The setting of this holiday home is amazing, the view onto the lake will be unforgettable! Also the surprise of seeing the swans' entire family in the lake and sunset view will stay in our memories.The house itself is good, a bit in the 90s style, but very nice living room space and terrace. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable. The biggest downside was that hot water that was coming and going and many times we ended up with cold baths which was disappointing. Internet completely absent (no WiFi) and reception in general very poor so we were quite cut off from the world. Kitchen was lacking some essential tools like a colander, we have been provided with only 1 towel per person, only 1 toilet paper roll and 1 drop of washing up liquid, so on this side not very generous privision. Also the laundry room is outside the house and for drying they charge 1 per 15 minutes with coins, so essentially not usable.Overall happy, but there could be some improvements!"
