Cleanliness, was an issue as there was a layer of grime on everything. There was no dish soap to wash any dishes with, even though that was a check-out requirement. The blinds on the windows are almost all broken, there is no access to drinkable water due to being brown, with an oily residue and smelled terrible .Dingy rugs and furniture with pet hair was also an issue. Be aware that you can do minimal cooking but the extent of spices is salt. Parking needs to be better, as it is there is no way to avoid the weeds and sand to get into the gate. Our host went far above and beyond when it came to helping us out during our stay. The house was actually larger than I expected and than the photos make it look. Very comfortable bed and fenced in yard for dogs. The bay access was very nice also. There is a shed outside with a washer and dryer, which was very convenient.
